During her time as the barista shift leader at La La Land Kind Cafe in Dallas, Texas, Miranda Rader was tasked with the oversight of store operations and employee activities. Her responsibilities included the management of store closing procedures, which involved taking inventory, sorting tips, and ensuring all coffee machinery had been properly cleaned. In March 2021, Miranda Rader was named Employee of the Month at the cafe's Lower Greenville location.

Ms. Rader’s previous jobs include open house greeter with Urban Living Real Estate and server at the Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. At present, she is pursuing entry-level positions in the fields of mathematics and real estate sales.

Miranda Rader graduated magna cum laude with a degree in general studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. During her time at the school, she was named to the National Society of Leadership and Success, a role she balanced with her time as a member of the UST Math Club. She was previously a National Honor Society student at Anderson High School.
